    We are looking to fill a position of FABRICATOR/ WELDER with previous experience working in a custom production and manufacturing environment that has 5-7 years’ experience. Being a custom fabrication shop producing highway petroleum cargo tankers, we require a candidate to custom fit the fabricated assemblies made to their assigned trucks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welding aluminum with (MIG& TIG), using tools such as brake presses
    • Read blueprints and show drawings for custom work
    • Use manual mill and lathe machines to fabricate parts
    • Use machine shop tools such as brake presses, drill presses and shears to cut, bend and tap parts, experience with manual plasma torch, chop saw, hand drills and grinders.

    Skills:

    • Work from blueprints and raw materials to finished parts that can be welded together into complete products
    • Candidate must be flexible, reliable and punctual
    • Previous experience working on custom pieces and be comfortable working with aluminum and stainless.

  2. Pipe Welder

    We are looking for PIPE WELDER/FITTERS to up fit the product piping on Highway Petroleum Tank Trucks and Trailers. Applicants are to have experience in fitting and welding stainless steel pipes and Aluminum pipes with TIG and MIG

    Responsibility:

    • To cut, weld and fit stainless and aluminum pipe
    • MIG and TIG, Aluminum and Stainless
    • Install valves and metering equipment
    • Hand Torch and Plasma cutting
    • Perform custom piping layout with and without drawings

Internally this position is referred to as a B620 inspector which signifies the individual responsible for testing the unit to the B620-20 standard which is a regulatory standard the industry is governed by.

    Responsibilities

    • Repair or maintain the hydraulic operating systems on highway cargo tankers
    • Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components such as truck mounted pumps, coolers, hoses, control valves, PTO's etc.
    • Disassemble equipment to remove parts and make repairs

    Looking for 12 Volt Electrical installer for Heavy Trucks.

    Responsibilities:

    We are looking for 310T Technician to join our team to diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair all series of Heavy trucks and Trailers including, but not limited to the following: Brakes, Clutches, Differentials/Power dividers, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems , Fan clutches, Engine electronics (gas/diesel), Power steering systems, and Steering gear box (manual and power).

    Responsibilities:

    • TO PERFORM DOT's
    • Mechanic’s primary goal is to identify and complete all necessary repairs needed
    • Inspecting each unit for any defects, loose parts etc.
    • Return defective parts and follow up with Parts coordinator as required
    • Diagnose and repair any unit brought into the shop.
    • Check all repaired work to ensure that vehicles are in good and safe operating condition.
    • Review documentation and or repair order to ensure all required information on repair order is accurate legible and complete.
    • Record parts and equipment utilized on the repair order and ensure the parts person is aware of stock taken
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area e.g.
    • Clean up any scrap/garbage, ensure hoses/cords are rolled up and store correctly

    Qualification & Skills:

    • Hold a valid truck and transport mechanics license 310T
    • 310S would be an asset

    • Understand and adhere to the Ministry of Transportation rules and regulations.

    • Hands-on experience in shop processes
    • DZ license and emergency services experience and/or knowledge considered an asset
    • Understand and adhere to the Ministry of Transportation rules and regulations
    • Dependable, hardworking, punctual, and a reliable team player with a positive attitude

    Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
